Excellent location, clean, comfortable

Excellent location. Convenient, clean, and reasonably comfortable. The bàthroom could use a few towel hooks, though, and the bathrom window did not close tightly which, since that room faced a main road, made it a bit noisy. But all in all, a very good place to stay.

Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. Small grocery store across the street, shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I would stay here again, this is a nice place, but it is not a luxury property. I had one problem which the owner communicated with me quickly on getting it fixed, so good job!

The accomodations for the price is a good deal. Theres not daily servicing of the room so you'll need to get your own toilet paper, etc. Great location and has a full fridge/freezer, microwave and a cooktop. 2 blocks from the Mediterranean and has gated parking if you rent a car. That is a huge benefit as finding parking on the street anywhere in Tel Aviv is difficult. Id definitely recommend staying here!

Ausstattung war sehr gut. Nur die Dusche war nicht gut gedichtet und floß das Wasser raus. Ansonsten war nichts zu bemängeln. Angenehm ist die Nähe zum Strand.

Property is not well maintained. The doors in the bathroom vanity are dysfunctional. Shower head fitting is fused from corrosion in a very high position with horizontal flow- unsuitable for a comfortable shower. If it is not sunny and you forget to switch on the hot water you have none. Check in is problematic because everything is remote so you have to submit passport and confidential info to a site with unclear security. You only get the entry in formation 48 hrs before. This is unsettling if you are travelling where you might not have internet access. The room we had is dark with absolutely no natural light. The "terrace" was a common area in an entrance courtyard in which all the guests smoke- completely unusable and unsuitable for a socially aware guest.

De locatie is uitstekend, de kamer was oké. Wat beter zou kunnen is de hygiëne. Er is geen één keer schoongemaakt of beddengoed verschoond. Wel moest ik bij uitchecken betalen voor de eindschoonmaak.

Très bonne expérience

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet appartement, un très bon ressenti. Il est à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, et à 5 bonnes minutes à pied de Allenby qui est l'artère principale. Donc au niveau de la localisation, parfait. Nous avions l'appartement 3, donnant sur une petite cour commune où il est possible de manger et boire un coup le soir avec vos courses. Dans l'appartement, un grand lit, un coin cuisine tout équipé, des mange-debout, et la Salle de Bain. Le tout équipé de la clim. On nous avait mis en plus le lit bébé à dispo et une chaise haute, sur simple appel au service de réservation. Bref, très bonne expérience et je recommande vivement !

Great location, nice touches like coffee pods and tea, as well as shower supplies. It was reasonably quiet, too. The outdoor seating area was also a nice touch, and the whole check-in process was very straightforward and convenient. However, there was barely any natural light in the room, the air conditioning unit needed cleaning, there was a strong smell of mildew in the room and the shower unit was not sealed properly, meaning that the floor of the bathroom flooded during each shower - even with the cubicle doors shut. It could have been a nice room but the place really needs attention.

A really well located property from the beach just a hundred yards. I had apartment 10 which was lovely it also has a balcony with limited sun but overlooks the street, it’s really not too noisy despite this. There is a nice ground floor seating area. There is no cleaning service just a cleaning fee to pay at the end but I made sure I left the apartment in the same condition as I found it. Nice comfy bed. Kitchenette is small but well equipped with tea towels and washing up liquid. Has a small hot plate, coffee maker toaster and microwave I used it all cooking mostly all my own food. The bathroom is small compared to the pictures online but it is well decorated and it has a great shower with plenty of hot water as there is a switch if you need it. If you are there for more than a few days you’ll need to bring your own toilet rolls as i asked for more once and told this. Nice wardrobe unit with drawers which would just be enough for 2 people. The big downside for me was there was no safety deposit box so I had to carry all my valuables with me every day very problematic. I paid for a walk in service and someone met me there on arrival to explain door codes, how everything worked in the room but apart from this you will see no one. If you have a problem you call a number. One afternoon I realised I had no water but within an hour they had visited and fixed it. Also if you have an issue tell them and they will try to resolve it.

Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Jūra vien pāris soļu, turpat netālu Carmel Market, transporti un kafejnīcas visapkārt. WIFI diezgan nestabils. Gulta ar spilveniem varēja būt ērtāka, bet, uz šo lūgumu administrācija ļoti ātri reaģēja un apmainīja mūsu prasību.. Trauki un viss gatavošanai ir uz vietas - nelielajā virtuves stūrīti. Bet - pa lielam - viss ok! Numurs gan tieši neatbilda bildēm!!!

grosse déception

Chambres plutôt adaptées à saison estivale !Décevant par temps gris et pluie d'autant que la porte donnant sur l'extérieur de même que celle du couloir qui menaient à la chambre était ouverte car le code était cassé!balai, aspirateur et sac poubelles dans le couloir…. parties communes laissant à désirer! Lors de l'arrivée personne sur place pour accueillir tout s'est fait par téléphone avec l'agence! Pratique quand on vient de France ...il a fallu appeler le site et passer une heure au téléphone pour qu'un technicien vienne ! II n'a cependant réparé qu'une des deux portes l'autre est restée cassée tout mon séjour! Les photos sont bien supérieures dans leur rendu qu'à la réalité qui est décevante. Je déconseille hors saison il vaut mieux prendre un hotel! d'autant que j'ai eu la surprise d'apprendre qu'en cas d'annulation l'agence conserverait 50% du prix je ne pouvait donc pas partir et j'ai donc dû rester en dépit de ma grosse déception d'arrivée!
