Man erfährt erst in letzter Minute, in welches App. man kommt. Die Absprachen sind unzuverlässig, das Büro nicht besetzt und die App. sind primitiv möbliert (zwischen Sperrmüll und IKEA). Bad ist unbelüftet, Pilze gibt es ganz sicher, usw. usf

Amazing service! It is the first time I am experiencing that the agency reachable and easily answers all your questions before you even left your country. Highly recommend if you are travelling with a group of 3 or alone. You can reach the beach by 1 min walk, downtown is 5 mins walk, the Carmel market is about 10 mins,that being said all you need is reachable within few minutes. the appartmnet is CLEAN, cozy with all facilities (kitchen equipment, air conditioner, tv, hot water and clean bedding). The building is under security control (cameras are everywhere even in the elevator), neighbours are nice people. Whenever you need something, just give a call to Elena and necessary assistance will be provided. Moreover, you can book tours within Elena's Appartmnet agency and happily explore the state of Israel. Definitely will come back and stay with Elena's Apartment.
