Our suite was lovely, keep fresh and clean multiple times a day by Dennie who was always helpful. We had two full bathrooms but one was very open plan to the bedroom which was a bit unusual. Shay and Guy on reception were always very helpful and attentive and Meital great with our booking and check-out. The location is amazing, food at the buffet was really good with a huge selection, and immense breakfast buffet. We would recommend this hotel. We booked four rooms for a large party and the rooms varied widely from fantastic to undesirable so worth checking if the room is not good as these were changed for better room. Most of the hotel looks good but some parts have clearly fallen out of regular use or need an uplift. The pool and beach area is amazing with plenty of sunbeds, outside mattresses and shade. Water pressure in the showers was impressive and beds comfortable.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is located on the beach. I loved walking on the beach promenade. The view from my window was gorgeous. The hotel had a gym spa and indoor pool when the outdoor pool closed for the season.

Great breakfast; the lobby restaurant serves great seafood, albeit on the pricier side. The well-sized room was in good condition, with some clearly refreshed areas (bed, shower) though some other areas, like the balcony and general condition of room and hotel are definitely tired and in need of some refresh and maintenance. Pool area is spacious with fair amount of loungers, though also tired in parts, with easy access to beach. The marina is about a 15-min walk along the promenade, where there are plenty of restaurants there and along the way.

Great location and good value for money. The staff gives the impression they just couldn't be bothered. Especially the pool entrance guy, who, when the towelling issueing machine wouldn't work would simply shrug and referred us back to reception. Good breakfast, though at 150 shekel far too dear.

Older building - our room was refurbished and nice (seaside view). Building common areas were hit or miss for cleanliness. Area near pool not great, older not maintained and dirty. Dead roach by the elevator on pool level. Cleaning staff in room ok not amazing. Great area- beach side. Take stairs down to beach need key cards access to exit and enter. Staff lazy wouldn’t hold door for me when I was carrying 8 mega liters of water, even though I asked for help. Forget bell hop service back down not happening. Crowded elevators. Very solid food.

A faded star.

In its heyday, I’m sure the hotel was excellent, but sadly it is in need of a lot of work to raise the standard. What at first appears to be a 4*+ hotel, is in fact an average 3* at best. Some of the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, most however were not. The bar service was dreadful, the rooms very dated and poorly maintained with broken tiles in the bathroom, poorly applied sealant around the sink etc. However the pool was fabulous and the food in the restaurant was generally excellent. Overall I got the feeling that the owners were simply waiting to redevelop the hotel, but were limping it along until they do.

We stayed here as a couple with our one year old daughter, and the experience was completely unacceptable. On our first night, the hotel conducted a planned power outage lasting about an hour and a half in the middle of the night. We were never notified in advance. There was no air conditioning, and our daughter’s special nightlight turned off, causing her to wake up crying. Over the following days, loud drilling noise came from the adjacent room for about two hours every afternoon, severely disrupting our baby's nap time. When reported, front desk staff claimed it was a private room and refused to intervene. Furthermore, the room presented major safety concerns. The balcony railing on the 9th floor had an opening wide enough for a toddler to fit through completely, requiring constant caution. Additionally, there was an exposed, uncovered electrical socket right outside our entrance door. We raised all of these issues directly with hotel management, but no corrective action was taken. We were eventually promised compensation for the ordeal, but management failed to honor this commitment and continuously passed responsibility between staff members. Very disappointing service.
