"Whatever expectations I had were met and exceeded beyond my imagination. I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal resort in Penang. The staff is very warm and welcoming and so very helpful, especially Osman and Ali. The property is gorgeous and is very well kept. I definitely will come back to the Park Royal resort anytime I’m in Penang. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This is my 2nd time . It's very kids friendly and convenient for elderly people in terms of the amenities.walking distance to feringgi nite market.hawker stalls are nearby.the most, kids love the swimming pools and enjoyed the beach. breakfast buffet was awesome."

"Room was ok the only problem is that as soon as I get there they tell me WiFi wasn’t working, after a shower I notice that the toilet was leaking from the pipe behind it and there was no hot water at all not that you need it but not everyone is comfortable taking cold showers, the worst was the guy at reception, the day before I told him I had to leave early in the morning he told me no problem, when I get there day after reception is closed and they had my deposit, I start banging on the door until a poor woman comes and opens up for me and gives me back my deposit "

"The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach! The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well. A 5 minute slow walk from the beach, and there is a supermarket literally 5 meters from the front door. It's not a 5 star hotel, but if you want to spend most of your time exploring the beach and having fun and not in your room, I would highly recommend this place! "
