Poca atención del personal ,No sirve la señal del wifi , en los días de estancia tienes que lavar los trastes que ocupes porque no lo hacen como servicio al cuarto , solo te dan un pequeño jabón en el baño , camas incomodas , la parrila no servia dos quemadores , en general al hotel le falta mantenimiento se ve terrible , la playa un asco ni meterse , encontré dos cucarachas muertas en pasillos , camastros rotos , la caja de seguridad tiene horario así que si ocupas algo de imprevisto no te lo darán ,en fin podría decir muchas cosas mas mejor busquen otra opción

Es un espacio para relajarse, adentro de las habitaciones no agarra el wifi y la señal de celular es muy escasa; lo único malo es que entregan la habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde, el acceso a la playa es un poco riesgoso ya que se encuentra descuidado.

no me gustó que al registro de entrada me pidieran $1,000.00 pesos en efectivo como depósito por consumo. No está mal, pero prefiero que esos datos vengan en las condiciones al momento de reservar, no llegando hasta el establecimiento.

DO NOT RESERVE HERE! If you want to enjoy time for your family don't go there, it does not deserve even one star as a hotel. Dirty with a horrible customer service. You have roaches in your room and a bad bathroom smell and bad maintenance. Old worn out towels, no matches for the stove, broken ceiling fans, a surprise mandatory 1000 MXN deposit; the list goes on. The hotel said that if you reserve with Expedia you get the old building, not the nicer villas across the pool pictured here in Expedia. They said if you reserve directly with them they give you the actual layout for the room.

En lo personal el lugar esta muy anticuado, le hace falta mantenimiento a los cuartos. La alberca super bien, la comida del restaurante rica, precios accesibles. Lo que no me gusto fue llegar a mi habitación y encontrar arañas y telarañas, durante la estadía se metieron facil como 6 cucarachas gigantes a la habitación. Las puestas tienen imprerfectos, la salida a la playa es algo peligrosa para personas mayores. Pero me quedo con la comida que la super recomiendo y la instancia en la alberca.

El hotel está muy equis, no hay señal de Internet, está muy lejos de la estación de autobuses y no hay vida nocturna, no hay en donde salir a pasear o comer algo fuera del hotel. No hay comunicación con la recepción al llegar a la estancia sólo te Dan la bienvenida y nada más

Lo único que me gusto fue la cercanía con el mar. Pésimo servicio en la recepción. Habitación en malas condiciones. no funcionaba la TV, nos la cambiaron. Sin señal de internet. Fuga de agua en lavabo y regadera, goteo constante. Puerta de cancel de la regadera, casi por caerse de su riel. Quisimos preparar un jugo de naranja y no funcionó el exprimidor. No quisieron facturarnos al entregar la habitación.

Muy bien en gral el hotel. Comodo, limpio, buena atención del personal. Cuando hice la reservacion no se me informó que tenia que dejar un deposito de 1000 pesos, que es reembolsable de acuerdo a los gastos en el mismo hotel. Las instalaciones excelentes, solo sugiero aumentar la iluminacion en las albercas en la noche porque se me hace escasa. Tiene unos colchones en una terraza para descansar viendo al mar muy buenos!!!!

El mejor amanecer es en Tecolutla
