"The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. The landscaping around the property is well kept and peaceful areas to sit and relax. "Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"The owner said they have stopped operating the villa since 5 years ago. We were stranded in the airport with no accommodation for a day until we manage to book another hotel. I want to request for a refund. This is ridiculous. "
