"Spotless room and great staff "

"My wife and I stayed at the DoubleTree in Leeds for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, featuring a vast, comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located, within a reasonable distance from the city centre, and we really enjoyed the lovely views of the canal from our room. Everything went smoothly, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Absolutely everyone went above and beyond, from check in desk, house keeping and the breakfast restaurant! All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was ready early and we received a free upgrade, thank you! A beautiful room, cleaned perfectly, refreshed tea/coffees (with great choice) and a superb breakfast! Comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. Cannot fault anything. Brilliant stay, will definitely be back. "
