"Nice enough place , staff is good, just don’t be a late arrival. We arrived around 930 - 1000 pm and we had pre payed for three rooms. One was ready on arrival the other two were not ready for about 30 min of waiting in the lobby. The desk person kept us informed and was nice enough. Disappointed that management was not prepared. "

"Room was clean but there was no phone in the room so I would have had to walk back to the lobby if I needed anything from the staff. That was odd to me but I didn't need anything. I wasn't there much because I got in late."

"It was okay. Two of the days there was no breakfast left due to lots of families staying in the hotel."

"Everything was ok outside of the sewer smell coming from the bathroom all day… It’s also an older hotel so you hear every noise. "

"Stayed here for Kentucky Derby... rooms were good. Our toilet didn't work the entire trip, at $600/night that was less than ideal. Had to tell front desk several times... never stayed working. Boiling lava hot hot tub, I mean, uncomfortably hot, we also told staff and they didn't fix. Really nice people here though...."

"The manager was so helpful and wanted to carry our luggage to our room. Small bar was so well stocked and fun meeting other people. The manager even put on the hockey game we wanted to watch. Breakfast was not your normal free breakfast. It was so well stocked and everything was so fresh. The biscuits and gravy tasted homemade. The gentleman running the breakfast was asking everyone if they needed something and bringing juice, ect. right to your table."
