"Very comfy, cozy, clean place to rest our tired legs from all the walking we did in Lake Como/Bellagio! Easy to get to and attentive owner, great communication. "

"A great property in a great location."

"Friendly and helpful host "

"I informed them that I was arriving late to Check In and when I arrive the hotel there was absolutely nobody on site no Staff I called him several times. I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology."

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"

"Very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Very Close to lake Como. A market and restaurants close by."

"Nice clean hotel "

"This was a great place with a clean room, good location near the bus, easy check-in, and friendly staff. I would stay here again."

"The finest hotel we’ve ever stayed at"

"Cute little apartment close to everything."

"We loved staying here, the place was very clean and beautiful and the outside patio was amazing for breakfast while seeing the lake. The only thing is getting to the hotel is hard and definitely a good amount of walking so just be prepared for that. We enjoyed everything else though."

"There was no lake view, but it was a pretty view of the mountains. It was more remote vs. in the heart of Lake Como."
