"Owner/manager is putting a lot of effort into refreshing this property. So much that our unit smelled of fresh varathane and paint. Furniture needs to be updated as well but I’m sure that will come in time. Kitchen was well stocked. No air conditioning and the dehumidifier was very loud - we notified the manager of this. "

"Just wonderful! Everything was great from location to rooms and especially the views. Mark was a fabulous host helping us with roads open, closures due to torrential rain to get back to Auckland.
We couldn’t get out much but what a perfect retreat in inclement weather."

"If you like to sleep in, then the honeymoon suite is not for you. They have a dog and small children that wake you up early by running around above you. We also had to kill 8 big bugs( i know its a outdoorsy place and i expect some bugs but not 8) before we went to sleep that night. "
