"We were greeted by a polite staff member who efficiently checked us in. The room was better than expected and felt like it had been recently renovated which was good to see. Everything you for need for an overnight stay and walkable to all local amenities and the beach-front. Ample free parking and great being able to park our car directly outside of the room."

Even a continental breakfast for $19.00 NZ dollars choices of cereal, toast, spreads, fresh and tinned fruit, fresh crossants,tea,coffee . Amazing owners and staff, i had a studio unit and it was roomy comfortable, clean,tidy, tv. Close to shops, eateries and tours all in a 15 minute walk. I will go back.."

"This was a great budget hotel with comfortable beds. It has an unusual layout with walls at various angles. My sister and I had booked a two bedroom which was actually a one bedroom with a bed in the lounge and a seperate bedroom. It had a nice big TV with SkyTV channels. I was a bit skeptical on arrival as the hotel is on a busy road squashed between an office type building, McDonalds and a school. "This property was walking distance (10-15min) to the main town centre and eateries while being away from the hustle and bustle that comes with most town centres. The staff of the property, Angela, Stacey and Keri, were extremely friendly and welcoming, without being too forward. They were happy to guide us with good recommendations, and assisted us with booking some of the tours we were looking to do.
