We loved the food and the dinner was amazing. Breakfast was on another level, we knew what to expect from certain dishes from the buffet but once we tried them it was much better than anticipated… Looking forward to our next visit already.

This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.

We had a lovely stay. Walking distance to the gondola which takes you to Skalnate Pleso or Lomnicky stit. No complaints.

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

Amazing location with the train station and cable cars both a short walk away. The room was a good size and felt like it had been recently updated but the bathroom could do with a little work.

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! Excellent place to stay with family, lots to do in the hotel (swimming pool, sauna, bicycles) easy access to the town, really nice atmosphere in the hotel and restaurants and both of them worth to recommend. We're looking forward to come back again :)

Trip cut to Zakopane cut short due to loss of passport on route from Kraków.Hotel Receptin staff could not have been more helpful made enquirys over and above expectation to assist. I was travelling alone, bar manageress made me very welcome in bar introduced me to warm cider speciality drink which was great.Very nice new clean hotel close to Main Street .Staff were outstanding helpful pleasant ,friendly and likeable.I would highly recommend this hotel just wish I could have stayed longer,

This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality.
