"Hotel was very clean with friendly helpful staff , check in was quick and easy , entertainment was surprisingly good , the only down side was we found the food a little bit repetitive and cold but overall a good hotel"

Kids friendly (salle de jeux extérieure et intérieure !) Points négatifs : odeur de canalisation par intermittence quand on rentre dans la chambre. Piscine assez froide, et accessible uniquement à partir de 10h, ce qui est tard "

"We had a very disappointing experience in Room 124. There were ants everywhere, and the poorly maintained bathroom led to flooding. The air conditioner appeared to be working but wasn’t cooling at all. Windows and sliding doors were dirty, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The reception staff felt robotic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. The only positive was the great location—but even that doesn't justify the cost.
