"This is NOT a three star hotel - barely 1 star. We made the mistake of booking three nights based on what we read on Expedia and after arriving tried to cancel the two remaining days. They refused. We stayed one more night and then left and had to pay for another hotel. The hotel is very old and run down - not in an “artsy” way. It smells like wet dog, the walls had stains and rips, and the town is sketchy. Very disappointed that Expedia didn’t back me up to get at least one night refunded. "

"Right in the centre of Arles. Parking under the hotel is available although the spaces are a bit tight."

"This hotel is in a great location. Parking is nearby for 40€ for three days. Or 25€ per day. We found it to be quiet. The staff were not the friendliest bunch but they did their job. Seemed clean enough. It’s fine for a night or two. Not really special or stand out in anyway. If you’ve seen pictures that looks like the room is in a basement it’s because the windows are very small and look at a brick wall. "Loved my room which was clean and tasteful. Great coffee at the breakfast room. The layout on my floor was noisy but to be fair there were large groups. Also staff very responsive to my issue. Good location"
