"This lodge is perfectly located within walking distance of San Ignacio town a right next to Cahal Pech Mayan site. It is a very lush and green jungle themed lodge with different areas to sit and relax outdoors. The rooms are luxurious and immaculately clean. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect size for the lodge and seldom overly busy. Paula did everything she could to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable."

"Despite 8/10 rating & relatively low price the room was unacceptable. The bed cratered into a huge dip in the very middle, collapsed top to bottom & left to right. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. Reception staff very unfriendly at arrival & no acknowledgement at other times. Working AC & 50m from tour companies the only positive."

The cabins are clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioners great, and the pool a refreshing respite from the afternoon heat. We appreciated being away from the bustle of San Ignacio and the opportunities for wildlife viewing on the grounds. The staff delivers your luggage to and from your cabin and arranges taxi rides to and from town, if desired. It’s a lovely and relaxing place to stay close to the Cahal Pech Ruins (about 2 kilometers)."

"Beautiful spot and great access to ATM cave. Only thing to be aware of is the prices at the restaurants are in US dollars not Belizian as they are in most places. We were quite surprised when we received our check out bill, as it was double what we thought we would pay."
