For as many people as they had it was quiet and we had shower and restroom opportunities with some food options in town; sadly ladies were a little strange about no campfires… so don’t expect a romantic campfire in the desert as the ‘wind’ will be too much even if it’s not windy… "

"Room was just ok. Our room (6486) was very small and had an odd smell. The mattress was not what would expect for $450 a night. Nonetheless, the location and ambience make this hotel iconic. If you plan a once in a lifetime trip to the Grand Canyon this is your place. Wish they would invest more in room quality. However, you are not staying there for the room. "
