Resort was above expectations. I brought my 7, 5 , 2 yr old kids. And the resort had ample activities for kids.

HARRIS Resort Batam Waterfront
The room was quite Old, but nice place to stay, huge swimming Pool, limited Carpark Area, the Lift was old, Abit scary to use,, may breakdown anytime. Front Office was polite. Need to improve on hotel Facility
