HARRIS Resort Batam Waterfront
The room was quite Old, but nice place to stay, huge swimming Pool, limited Carpark Area, the Lift was old, Abit scary to use,, may breakdown anytime. Front Office was polite. Need to improve on hotel Facility

Very bad experience. Totally below expectations. Photos all showed so nice. The room is the direct opposite. The only nice area is the entrance lobby and reception.
