We had an amazing stay at a peridot. staff was welcoming and friendly. only knock was how the showers were built, which allowed for very wet bathroom floors. Otherwise would recommend for anyone visiting Old Quarters to consider staying here. Also splurge a little to get the deluxe room so that you have a window.

The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The room although very nice doesn’t have a lot of space for 2 people’s luggage. But overall for the price we payed it is nice quiet spot with fantastic staff and breakfast.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.

Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. A huge thank you to Thomas and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. You really do have something special here. If you’re visiting Hanoi, Hotel du Lac Signature is an absolute must-stay! We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Hospitality is all I will remember from this hotel. All the staffs are extremely nice, always have a nice conversation with the staff. They speak English really well so communication was very easy. Friendliness, tentative and professional.
