The property is in the Old Quarter and has a decent breakfast. However rooms are small for a 5* rating. Swimming pool is very small too. Location is the main benefit. Highly priced for what other amenities are there

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! Everything about this hotel was top-notch — from the beautifully appointed rooms and excellent amenities to the fabulous breakfast and exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had to check out at 3AM as we had a very early flight to catch and they were very thoughtful and packed us a really nice breakfast. A special mention to Rose and Chris, who were absolutely fantastic! The onsen was a truly unique and delightful experience, adding something extra special to our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Hanoi. This hotel has certainly set the bar very high, and there is no question about where we'll be staying on our next visit. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! Highly recommended!
