Most attractions are within easy walking distance despite the uneven cobblestones.

"Amazing hotel! Went above and beyond for us. It was my partners 30th birthday and they upgraded our room to an old town view which was stunning and also brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne which we were very grateful for. The spa was so nice, slightly busy on a Saturday evening but still lovely! Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning. Thank you!"

"My room was modern, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very good quality. Breakfast was decent but can do with some more variety of food. I was disappointed however that a full housekeeping is not done for the first three nights of the stay. The hotel is using “Climate” as an excuse, whereas it’s clearly a cost-cutting method. A chain like Hyatt really should offer full clean & housekeeping every single night."
