My favourite hotel in Tallinn

My favourite hotel when staying in Tallinn. Perfect location, nice big rooms, beautiful views, good breakfast, lovely spa. I would probably consider to have for few hours in the evenings for adults only for example, as it may get quite noisy and not relaxing having many children in this small and otherwise comfy spa.

Best quality hotel in Tallinn but not expensive

Love this hotel ! Great rooms, killer breakfast and a peaceful location just outside the Tallinn city center. The casino behind the wall at the lobby is the best place in Tallinn to have a nice drink or cocktail. Very relaxed. Their mini-pizzas are great as well for a night snack.

The hotel was great and breakfast was as well. Our suite was good, soundproof and the view from the room was good as well. However, none of the staff members ever told us of the services in the hotel and most of all the executive lounge that was included in our room fee. If that is included, why on earth you don't tell about it to residents! Also, no guidance to othe services or how to find spa or the breakfast during our stay. We had to figure this out ourselves. I cannot believe that is about language barrier, but bad service attitude.

I didn't like the way reception are only interested in deposits, ti pay immediately ! For Hilton you should put everything on your room number. Perhaps it is better to ask in front how you want to pay the hotel costs ( rest., bar,....) then they can ask more deposit. Like niw, they put card on your door.....come to reception....why ? I could'nt order anymore, or I must pay immediately....they asked me 25 euro....this is inprofessionel !
