Talat Yai Trip

Our stay at Grand Kata VIP exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and treated us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our family. Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Lovely hotel

Close to airport, we did a half stay as we had a late flight. Staff very helpful arrange an earlier check in. Also help arrange a scooter for a few hours. Comfortable bed, large rooms.

Wonderful stay for families. Clean rooms. Staff were super kind and helpful. Pool was very fun. Resort restaurant, Eagle Ray, had a wide variety of foods - all very good. Beach was within walking distance which was a nice break from the pool. We were able to get into the ocean up to the shore but the currents were too strong and not advisable to swim in. Sunset was amazing. Overall, the resort had everything we needed and was relaxing. You could easily get a Grab if you wanted to be in the busier part of the area. We would definitely return to this resort.
