Everything was gleaming and very high end bedding, bathroom with a rainshower, separate bathtub, toilet an bidet private. The room was so quiet and the staff very kind and helpful. I had been traveling all day and when I walked in the door of the room, it was heavenly! Highly, highly recommend. And the shuttle to the airport was on time and dropped me at the exact terminal door. A huge perk. "

"Property was great. Area is not the best but the hotel itself is nice and felt safe. No food walking distance away. If you are wanting to explore in Madrid, the hotel is a good 20-25 min drive. About 10 min drive from airport. Staff was nice and let us keep our bags there after checking out. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again if needing a place by airport. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to go downtown Madrid. "
