"Wonderful staff…clean room"

"This place was great & clean. Staff was super nice & helpful! The brew was great! My only complaint is that it didn’t have a hot tub which it says it does! That is one of the main things I look for when I book so I was disappointed in the false advertisement about it! Other than that the stay was great!!"

"This facility is always clean (1 thing need to address mold in corners of shower and on ceiling in shower. Staff overall were great and very helpful. Breakfast was better than others. One suggestion and it would make short and old people happy- I know you have to keep the beds at a height for housekeeping but you have a hugh base. Please consider putting a pull-out step on each side of the bed inside that base to assist with getting in and out. Thanks"

"Nothing wrong with the property, staf or location. My complaint is with the bathroom. It’s even really clean except,,,,, I’m even okay with the sliding doors not lockable as we just close it when in use. However, you can see thru the doors because we had a 3” gap between the door and the wall (kitchen table was place right in front). So if you’re seated at the table facing the bathroom, you can see whomever is in the bathroom (and wha they’re doing). We had to go use the lobby bathroom."
