"Not value for money as we paid Rs. 5500 for a quadruple room on first floor. Old age people find difficult to climb stairs. Host is very friendly, and you will find all basic amenities. Location: Situated at the end of Kashid beach approx. 2.5 Km, near to mountain and creek makes it perfect for nature loving, full of tranquility and serenity. Food you can order from Swapnil restaurant which is okay. Shobha aunty is great host and very interesting person. I recommend this property considering you get it within Rs. 3k per night. Otherwise there are lot of other cottage options near to beach around 3k with restaurant facility. If you are nature loving, want big rooms, quite place then must visit. I enjoyed stay but at high price. "

"From dirty swimming pool to broken bathroom door and from stinking reception area to damp rooms. Adding to these the toilet flush was broken. The worst of all was having no one at the reception at night and the power going off for 3-4 times and no one to activate the power backup. There were also stray dogs running in the reception area due to no one being their and gates and all open. It was a dangerous and terrible experience as if the property was on fire there would have been no one to take action having all the occupants dead. Terrible property. Never visit this."

"Very good maintenance, really very much impressed with cleanliness, maintenance, service and quality standards they maintain. Their in-house restaurant offers really great quality and tasty food. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and we had breakfast to dinner in the same restaurant, really awesome and the prices were also very affordable. Especially their signature dish custard apple was really great, my kids loved it. I would refer to all my friends who would visit that area. Keep going"
