Fabulous Resort
Spotlessly clean, grounds beautifully maintained. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed in family room, which was huge and had 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and very big comfy beds. The pools are lovely and always plenty of beds and space. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son’s wedding 24/1/24) was beautiful at hotel. Food& drinks were amazing. Only negative was the lift, very slow and crowded due to number of guests that came for a wedding the weekend I was leaving.

I can not say a bad word about the property or staff. Both were fantastic. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and want a place to relax. The Le Meridien is the answer. Relaxing pools, hotel set on the beach and a pool bar or beach bar to have a quiet one or two drinks at.

Thank you Team Le Meridien .Our families hotel stay was just perfect.The location was quiet with a handful of local shops and authentic fishing houses a short stroll outside the gates.we felt very safe walking around there. The beach was just stunning, with warm sea water, the beach was so clean and no noisy motorised jet ski’s were to be seen or heard (unlike some resorts). Just pure tranquility. Our swim up pool access room was beautiful and modern.plenty of wardrobe space and the bath was huge as was the shower. We went all inclusive and certainly didn’t regret it. We dined from all of the on site restaurants and loved the vast choices and quality of meals. Drinks were plentiful and again had plenty of variety.Just to mention breakfast was just a credit to this hotel thank you.the staff were very attentive, engaging and a pleasure to meet. The fire show put on as entertainment was incredible too. To sum this hotel up in one word ‘Magical’. Thank you and we will return.

As a family of over 20 people traveling together, Le Meridien Khao Lak was the perfect family friendly place for all ages. They were very catering to us when we wanted to have meals together. GINA helped us with everything when it came to dining at The Nest and the Pizzeria - she went above and beyond and was probably the best staff member we came across. Definitely try the Thai food at the Nest and a great wood fire pizza at the Pizzeria.

Amazing value for money, great location for total relaxation. The staff were lovely and the food was brilliant quality. The only downside was the hotel was really badly organised, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, would recommend.

The resort is big but very few people at this time of the year - we felt we had the pool to ourselves most days! Breakfast was an incredible array of local and more standard fare. I would recommend the deluxe pool access rooms closer to the beach. It was lovely being able to wander down for a walk on the beach and to enjoy delicious food at the beach restaurants close to the resort. The staff were a delight from check in right through to our departure.

One of the most enjoyable & relaxing breaks we had in a hotel in a very long time. All the staff were so friendly & helpful The room spotless & cleaned thoroughly everyday As for the bed the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Look out Le Meridien we’ll be coming back. Also have never stayed in a hotel with such a vast selection of foods in the morning for breakfast set you up for the day. Congratulations to all the staff & management

A nice stay overall. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort has a relaxing environment. Location is a bit far from some of the outside restaurants and shops, however, the main restaurant at the hotel is quite nice.

Le Meridien Khao Lak was beautiful! We had a lovely time on our honeymoon, the beach was absolutely stunning as well as the hotel. The only feedback I would give is that the hotel need to be more clear on what the all inclusive package includes. They aren't very clear during check in, what restaurants are included, the number courses allowed, how much spa credit is given and that in-room dining is not included. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay!

Overall stay was nice. Just two major complaints, first the beach restaurant service was absolutely below standard for a 5 star hotel and taste of Italian food was very poor, overcooked pasta and very soft pizza. Second, the smell in the parking lot is very bad, seems to come from waste water. Rest of the hotel/stay was nice.

Beautiful hotel great staff
The staff was very welcoming and kind. Our studio room was clean and spacious. The beach is great and the pools are superb. Breakfasts were excellent. We stayed there for a week and were sad to leave. For my wife's birthday the hotel gave her a good birthday cake and our room was decorated for the occasion. Well done! We intend to return with our children and grandchildren.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Rooms and grounds are lovely. Food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
