"Overall, the hotel is very nice. Beautiful interior and staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. I upgraded to an Alexander room last minute and was disappointed to find that the carpet and furniture in the room was riddled with stains. It was disgusting and for the price being charged for a suite that should be a non issue. "

"Great and clean location there is no free parking have to pay for parking in the shared garage also the pool was under repairs I was told this has been an ongoing situation but on the site it don't mentioned anything about the pool no being available and I chose tbis location just for the pool. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome and helpful "

"Room was clean staff very friendly but it was very noisy due to people in the halls, we checked in & left room only to check out people putting cigarettes out on the floor in the back of lobby approached by people who didn’t seem to be staying in hotel.
