Room is very clean, staff was great. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, hotel was challenging to get to if you don’t have a car… There weren’t a lot of taxis in the area, generally. Any information you read online about it being close to things, walkable, etc.… are in accurate. You really do need to take a taxi from the hotel to begin your day and again at the end of the day back to the hotel. It is not walkable (though many of the descriptions claim it is).

広い空き部屋に変更してもらい嬉しかったし、部屋も綺麗でした。フロント、初めてなのに説明不足を感じた。大浴場、ぬるい、ご高齢向けかな。ありがとうございました。

古い町並みからは離れていますが、時間限定で1時間に1本のホテルと高山駅のバス往復便が有ります。夜御飯を街中心でと思いましたが、値段も高くホテル内の店で3500円のバイキングを食べました。自分で盛り付ける海鮮丼が思ったより美味しかったです。トイレは極狭でした。

街中までの送迎バスの本数が少な過ぎる。18時から、21時30分まで、予約制にすべき。コストを考えるなら、何もマイクロバス？ではなく、ワゴンタイプでの送迎もありでないでしょうか？運転手さん、暇そうでしたよ。

1泊目タバコ臭がきつく、連泊の為2泊目ルームチェンジをお願いし外出から戻りフロントに立ち寄ると謝罪も無く鍵だけ渡された。こういうところでホテルのレベル感を感じる。

喫煙可能の部屋を御願いしました。中々喫煙者が満足出来る宿が少なくなっている今どきは、貴重です。だだ、部屋の灰皿が小さく、不便とは感じました。シャトルバスを運行していだだいており、非常に便利でした。夕食に飲食しても安心出来ました。また、利用したいと思います。

仕事で利用しました。喫煙ルームが良かったのですが、間違えて禁煙ルームを予約してしまい、当日、受付で変更してくれて、ありがたかったです。が、部屋のクーラーの効きが悪く、温度を、まーいっぱい下げて、強風にして、ようやく、普通の温度になりました。真夏だったので、そこは、かなり不満でした。
