Hotel Relax V is in the middle of the bustling city of Taipei. It is conveniently located near the MRT. In walking distance of multiple tourist attractions and several night markets. The staff super helpful and the hotel was incredibly clean.

In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

This is one of the last Hotel Relax chain near the Taipei main train station area. Although the room is considered small, it's perfect for solo traveler or couples to stay. I'll come back again if I visit Taipei in the future.

Not the first time staying there. This time round staying there for near 1 week ( Thursday 20th to 25th Feb) Room cleanliness is ++. Quiet surrounding. Bad point : the toilet door can't fully shut and the rubbish bin press to open the lid is spoilt. Near Taipei Airport express train. ( 8 -12 mins walk) Near Ximending ( 5 - 10 mins walk)

We arrived in Taipei early in the morning before the check in time but the hotel staff was kind enough to offer us coffee and luggage storage so we were able to start exploring Taipei without any burden. A special shout out to Reena who gave us detailed information on eateries in the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hotel near Taipei Main Station at a reasonable price

Good location and quality

The room was not very big, but I can open my suitcases. Also, the hotel provided everything I need such as shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee etc. Location: it’s very close to the Taipei central Station, only 10-15 min walk.

My first time in Taipei… the front desk staff was amazing and really helpful! It’s 5-10 minute walk to the biggest train station. It’s also the part of town with lots of local shops, restaurants and massage parlors. Also Starbucks, McDonald’s and 7-11’s are nearby too!

Quite nice hotel. Only issue is you want new towels you have to ask. And the condensation in the windows were quite bad in winter time as the water dripped on my bed.
