This hotel is only one floor (6th floor). Staff was great and helpful but we found tha Taiwanese people as a whole do not open up much and so other than the staff, expect short answers without a smile.

Many times stayed at this hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned. Cleaner cleans room everyday and are very polite. In term of accessibility, is walking distance to train station, Ximend. The hotel has a very good location, right in the main shopping area and about a 20-minute walk from Taipei Station. The downside of this central location is that the hotel occupies only one floor of a commercial building with shops, gaming venues, and cafés, allowing free public access to the hotel floor, which felt a bit concerning since the front desk does not monitor who comes and goes. There is no breakfast, although free coffee and water are available at reception, along with a useful luggage scale, but the room felt old and somewhat dirty, and the thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors.

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I was disappointed because it smelled like cigarettes."It was always a dark room without windows, so I thought it would not be a bad idea to just sleep." It's perfectly located in the middle of shopping and dining--so convenient! Also the air conditioner was easy to use. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early because the room was ready. There were umbrellas available in the rain. He also told us where we could store our luggage overnight at Main Station after leaving the hotel. However, the hotel appears to be just on one floor and it was very loud. Constantly doors closing and people talking. There are signs posted around the area asking people to be quiet after 10pm, but it was hard to sleep because it was so loud. Also the bathroom was weird. The door doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and it doesn't close a little bit (if it's a little bit closed, it just opens by itself). Also the shower floor had some pieces that broke easily, which was annoying.

We were given room 615 and there were molds on the ceiling. We asked for a room change and got another room. The staff at the front who gave us the molded room was not very nice and almost ruined our trip. The other staffs were excellent in helping us.

Very close to shopping malls as it is just located on the 6th floor of a shopping mall. Staffs clean the room everyday. There is also a weighing scale to weigh your luggages before you leave for your flight.
