"Facility very dirty, staff were extremely rude. The rooms reek of smoke and a big hole on the wall in my room. The airconditioning wasn't working and there was a foul smell in the hallways due to garbage being placed by the elevator doors. I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE! "

"فندق جميل ونظيف وتعامل راقي"

"كانت إقامة جيدة لمدة يومين. بالنسبة للنقل، كانت تكلفة التاكسي من الفندق إلى الحرم حوالي عشرة ريالات، أما العودة من الحرم إلى الفندق بتكلفة عشرين ريالاً. الخدمة في الفندق جيدة، فعند الاتصال بالاستقبال يتم إرسال شخص للمساعدة خلال دقائق قليلة. كل شيء كان جيداً بشكل عام، ولكن لدي ملاحظة بسيطة ومهمة. حنفية المغسلة عند استخدامها لغسل اليدين أو الوضوء يتناثر منها الماء بشكل مزعج، مما يسبب عدم الارتياح. من الأفضل تركيب قطعة (مصفاة) في رأس الحنفية لتوزيع الماء بشكل انسيابي ومنع تناثره. كذلك فإن الدخول إلى الحمام والخروج منه غير مريح بسبب صغر مساحته، وعند فتح الباب يكون قريباً جداً من مقعد المرحاض، مما يسبب بعض الإزعاج. بشكل عام كانت التجربة جيدة مع هذه الملاحظات البسيطة"
