入住前電話確認訂房，我覺得很ok,但是打來2次，名字還叫錯，飯店表示不同房間不同訂單，那一次訂3間房要確認3次?覺得不太效率而且一直打來。 其中一間空調壞了，一開始先給我們風扇說不涼再換，後來有給換房間但整個體驗很不好。

飯店名稱改了，換人做看看，但也只舊瓶換裝吧了! 飯店舊結構體，隔音效果不佳問題難解，且衛浴僅唯一浴缸用，無法乾濕兩用.停車格依舊窄小，如能重新規劃感受將不一樣喔！存著很大改善空間，業者須多加用心囉！

飯店非常老舊，跟照片不符，也不是很乾淨，早餐的食物很油。整個房間竟然沒有一個插頭，需要拉開床墊找/拔掉座地燈的插頭來用，等於要插頭就沒有電燈照明。不能接受!

預訂了2張單身床的標準客房, 網站上的相片存在誤導成分, 房間很小, 房間資料表示房間有700呎(65坪), 但現實只有100-200呎(台灣的10坪), 現實房間呎吋資料是前台員工提供的, 他們亦承認房間大小與房間現實不符, 所以預訂時要考慮清楚性價比方面確實很低, 房間壞了空調需要轉房時, 行李很多的情況下, 員工亦沒有任何協助, 整體感覺都不好, 不會再入住
