"A terrific time capsule hotel. The rooms have incredible feng shui — they are tremendously comfortable in their layout and the plush carpeting. Everything incredibly well maintained and clean. View is lovely. I had a great stay and want to come back later when the seasonal pool opens up. The only complaint I have is the mediocre breakfast and subpar coffee, but I understand this standard is generally viewed as acceptable in hotels. Perhaps there could be an easy improvement by introducing a Keurig cup machine? It would probably be less labor for the staff, actually."

"The view from our room was great, the only issuesI had was the carpet had stains, the ceiling has water stains, there were toys left from the previous customers so that tells me it wasnt cleaned very well. Both rooms could use some updating."

No phone call, email or text before we got there. We spent the next 4 hours calling and driving around the area trying to find a room. We ended up staying 30 minutes away (rather than 5 minutes) from the hospital I was having day surgery at the next day. "
