Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl. "
