"I had a very good stay overall, primarily due to the excellent and professional staff who were a highlight throughout. However, as one of the city’s premier luxury hotels, the dining accessibility was a significant disappointment. I chose this property specifically for a 'hassle-free' experience, but found that staying guests are not prioritized for key amenities. Both the afternoon snack buffet and the dinner service at the hotel restaurant were dominated by walk-in public traffic and private party reservations. It was frustrating to find that, as a resident, I had to 'adjust' or go off-site for a meal because the hotel prioritized outside bookings over its own guests. While room service is always an option, it is not a substitute for the restaurant experience or the atmosphere I expected when booking a luxury stay. Even the snack buffet felt like a public space rather than an exclusive guest benefit. The team on the ground is 10/10, but the management needs to ensure that those staying at the hotel have guaranteed, priority access to the dining facilities they are paying for."

"Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside."
