"It was a typical Embassy Suites stay — staff, service and room were great. I enjoyed the area around the hotel as well. A metro stop is an easy walk right down the street. The only issue I had was my room was on the fifth floor and there was only one elevator working the entire time I was there which led to some long lines and tense moments between guests."

"The property and room was exceptionally clean. The room did not have the typical stale smell that hotel rooms have when the filter needs changing. In addition, the valet service was excellent, delivering timely service. The bed was comfortable and the floor we stayed on was quiet which made for an excellent nights sleep. Last but not least, the aesthetic was top tier."

"Arrived around 4:30pm and there was a sign on the desk that check-in was being stuck to the 3pm time frame due to needing to get rooms cleaned. Totally get that, but was told not a single room was ready yet (while another girl was in the middle of checking in) and to come back in 10-15 minutes and then all would be, but also did not check our reservation first to see if ours was ready. Just didn’t make much sense to us. In the amenities, “free toiletries” is listed and then also shampoo and hand soap (or bar), so I take that to make conditioner and a bar for body would be included but the shower only shampoo. Some rooms we walked by had a bad smell and while our room was cleaned, it was not as “clean” as it looks in the pictures. Also, day of check out, we heard a faint knock thinking it was a room next door, but then we heard the key slot go off and open and shut. Assuming it was housekeeping at 9am, but they never announced who they were before entering. "
