"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"Beim Check In wurde weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen. Ein Laecheln war nicht drin, eine Wegbeschreibung nur nach Nachfrage und mit einem Gesichtsausdruck zum fuerchten. Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. Der Check Out war ebenfalls einsilbig/einwortig mit "Danke", als ich auf der Liste gefunden wurde. Kein "Hatten Sie einen guten Aufenthalt?", nichts. Auch wenn das Apartment an sich nett ist,...

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr „ab vom Schuss“, was mit einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage einhergeht. Mit dem Auto ist sie gut zu erreichen und bietet großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "
