Das Hotel liegt direkt am Haff. Es gibt neuere und ältere Zimmer. Sauna und Salzwasserpool sind bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück besteht aus einfachen Zutaten. Leider gibt es keine regionalen - oder Bioprodukte. Auswahl an alternativen Aufstrich, Michalternariven gibt es nicht. Die Qualität der Speisen der Abendkarte ist eher einfach bis mangelhaft. Dafür relativ zur Qualität sehr teuer. Fazit. Gutes Hotel mit schlechter Küche. Guter Wellnessbereich. Öffnungszeiten sollten etwas flexibel sein. Bademantel muss gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden. Badeschuhe gibt's nicht. Zimmer sind sauber. Werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Personal ist eher unauffällig. Leider überzeugt dass Hotel insgesamt wegen der einfachen Küche mit billigen Zutaten eher nicht. Dafür stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, schöner kleiner Spa Bereich. Ruhige Lage. Ueckermünde ist ein nettes Hafenstädtchen. Negativ: Es gibt dort sonst nichts, ÖPNV quasi nicht vorhanden, man ist aufs Auto angewiesen. Ein Hotel, das so sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit macht, könnte hier mit einem Bus Shuttle oder kostenlosen Leihrädern überzeugender wirken. Und der schönste Spa-Bereich ist nutzlos, wenn er komplett unbetreut betrieben wird, so dass einige Gäste dies zum Nachteil der Erholungsuchenden ausnutzen. Generell ist die Gegend trotz „Ostsee“ für sommerlichen Badeurlaub eher weniger geeignet, aber im Herbst/Frühling würden wir jederzeit wieder dort eine Auszeit verbringen.

Personal wirkt abweisend. Bedienung ist nicht dem Niveau entsprechend gekleidet. Die Zimmer sind für die Preise unterentickelt ausgestattet. Bei Fragen bekommt man nur kurze und unzureichende Antworten. Das Personal muss zur Kundenfreundlichkeit erzogen bzw. ausgebildet werden. Mit norddeutscher Kühle und Ueckermünder Kurzsilbigkeit kann man Gäste zumindest irritieren...

Die Hotelanlage ist auf den ersten Blick sehr gut! Leider mußten wir feststellen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich stimmig ist. In dem von uns gebuchten Komfortdoppelzimmer haben wir wenig "Komfort" vorgefunden! Der zur Ausstattung gehörende Fernsehapparat war nicht nur ein sehr altes Modell, sondern hatte auch seine "Macken". Videotext konnte nur begrenzt genutzt werden! Außerdem haben wir während des Aufenthalts bei einer Durchschnittstemperatur von über 30 Grad einen kleinen Kühlschranl vermisst! Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers beschränkte sich auf das Ordnen der Betten! Handtüchertausch hat auch nicht geklappt! Bei dem eingeschlossenen Frühstück mißfielen uns u.a. die angebotenen Backwaren! Selbst aufgebackene Brötchen, die mehr Kekse als Brötchen waren! Marmeladenabfüllanlage, die optisch schön anzusehen ist, deren Handhabung jedoch relativ kompliziert war und der Nachfüllservice hat auch nicht geklappt! Vollig daneben war die zur Hotelanlage gehörende gastronomische Leistung! Hier sind Preis und Leistung gar nicht stimmig! Die angebotenen Speisen sind bezogen auf die Qualität viel zu teuer!

Service , Essen und Unterkunft recht gut. Ist eher etwas für Familien mit Kinder. Leider waren die Betten total duchgelegen und die Matratzen zu weich bzw. dünn! Die Hellhörigkeit ,der Zimmer,ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
