"We enjoyed our stay at the Aloft in Syracuse. I'll start with the staff, 10/5 stars! We arrived right around 4 for checkin and the staff member at the front desk was super nice and helpful, we really felt welcomed. We had a room on the first floor, it was easy to get to and no issues with the room key. the rooms are unique, when you walk in it's the bathroom sink/closer area immediately, and further to the right is the toilet and shower behind a pocket door. walking straight through there's an opening from the closet/bathroom area to the bedroom area. we had two beds. there was a desk area along the wall with a window in front of each bed and a cushioned area between the desks with a tv over it. my kids watched youtube the whole time from the youtube app on the tv. we were in town for banana ball and this place was super close to the stadium. less than 10 minutes coming and going (plus some extra parking lot traffic getting out of the stadium) We felt safe while on the property. we played billiards in the lobby and used the pool. the pool wasn't huge but we had it to ourselves which was nice. the water was warm, no complaints from the children. complementary coffee in the lobby. the paid breakfasts were delicious and there was an option that worked for each of us. adults got the OG sandwich. very tasty. ordering breakfast, getting the billiards supplies, and checking out the staff was again amazing. 10/10 would recommend."
