Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Had an issue with heating in the from and they solved it promptly. Staff were informative and helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. Shower was excellent. Would recommend.

We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The room was well lit, adequate power sockets and overlooked Broad Street.
