The hotel was a lovely surprise. Centrally located and close to tube stations, we found it a perfect base for our London adventure. The room, though small, was well appointed and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The dinners were also good quality and well priced. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

I might be misspelling his name but Serjey was absolutely wonderful with helping us figure out transportation in London's Chaos.
