So I waiting for approximately 20 minutes before he told me he had a room I could have since the group in front of me went to eat. I had a reservation, no reason a room should not have been ready."

"Very strong odor throughout the property all throughout different floors/hallways/room. It was a persistent odor that smelled like a mix of grease and pungent food smells. The room itself smelled weird as well almost like stale something, which made me question the cleanliness. The pool was under renovation, lots of areas of the property looked rundown. Walls cut with exposed pipes and the lobby restrooms both stated out of order. It felt more like a motel, thankfully I was not staying alone otherwise I would’ve had to book elsewhere. I had stayed here previously many years ago and it was very nice back then, unfortunately this experience was not at all what I expected. "
