A very special hotel with a very beautiful spa and a very good breakfast.

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

Great check-in and really good hospitality

Wonderful staff. Made us fell very welcome, nothing a bother; even though we felt out of our league. More enjoyable with transport.

The only minor criticism is that the wardrobe hanging space was too small, and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, a great hotel and the hotel's restaurants were also very good, as was the breakfast. It is located quite a way outside the city centre, but is right on the lake and the boat stops right outside. We had a car and easily drove into the city, parking is fairly reasonably priced.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk (15 mins or so) from the train station. The hotel is only a few minutes away from many Riverside restaurants. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The staff were polite and kind. The hotel and room is everything I expected it to be. The 19th century style decor is quaint and offers a pleasant change from what one usually experiences in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our short weekend stay in Zurich was wet so the lounge facility with free tea and coffee was welcome. Perfectly located in quaint street behind the GrossMunster, close to bars restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean with large rooms and good heating. We liked the separated toilet and bathroom. Huge bed, small wardrobe/hanging space. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping.

it's was really nice and beautiful hotel with stunning river view . quite location and conviennent . may come back again if come to this part of switzerland . for me personally , the mattress is the room is a bit hard . if softer will be more comfortable . but everything else was what i needed.

Best location

Clean and very private and quiet room.

The hotel was exactly what I expected and the staff were super helpful when I was in a crisis, going out of their way to help me

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is at a great location. I stayed there for two nights and booked it here with a special offer so it was a great bargain for me. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Basel next time.
