The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again.

"A great spot in Montreux! It’s bright, airy and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered more options than the standard hotel breakfast, including an omelet station. We only stayed for a night but wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend!"
