What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. Thank you so much...

An excellent stay, despite a few initial issues. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful and the room was truly lovely.
The horizon lounge was comfortable though the buffet was aimed toward the Chinese clientele (quite understandably, as we were pretty much the one western family there) - and nice to have drinks available.
The gym and pool was high specced and clean.
All in all, a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back.

Comfortable large bed, good Aircon, helpful staff, looks great, very large counter at bathroom sink which was nice. My room didn't have a bath, but the shower was great still. Fantastic location just a short, pretty walk to the main attractions in Suzhou.
