"Even though there was no staff making up Rooms at 1 pm not allowed to Check in before 3 pm. Sign at unmanned (self Check in) desk said Check in was 3 pm but keycode would not work till 2 pm. A contradiction. Room was on ground floor. Thought good for senior with accessibilité problèms. Actually Rooms at back of dated, on the outside and in halls, was down large winding flight of stairs. Had elevator bought went from second to there floor only. when used phone at desk to call managing company, told only one room left on floor above for upgrade charge. In shower area, the small lip on floor between shower area and toilet area, allowed shower water to flood toilet area meaning usé of toilet left you with wet feet. Also concerning complimentary soaps, ect, no shampoo only number of conditioner bottles. Seems staff only counted bottles not types. Not very sound proof with noise from closing doors. Advertised on one site free breakfast and airpor shuttle. Signs upon arrival said restaurant attatached only open after 5 pm, not close to any other restaurant unless driving, and no more shuttle but téléphone Numbers for taxis"
