En Expedía reservé un cuarto con 2 camas queen y 1 sofá cama. Al llegar en la noche tarde, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía sofá cama y lo necesitábamos. Me explicaron que ya habían reportado a expedía que solo las habitaciones con cama King tenían sofá cama. Nos hicieron el cambio de habitaciones ...

Fiesta Americana - Merida
Great location, excellent staff they were very helpful. Restaurants were very good. Pool and spa were excellent.
