I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! JW Marriott Surabaya
Staff were super nice and helpful. I cannot remember the front desk manager name, she got my room upgraded and made the check in so smooth. Ezzi front desk manager, and Hari duty manager were very helpful in my checking out. I stayed at the hotel many times, will stay again.
