We would, to apologize to you for what happened. we did a renovation for our hotel, and we were planning to open in November but we could not open on that date, we reopened our hotel again on 20 December 2023.when you arrived we have offered to you another hotel beside our hotel, but you did not like it, and you decided to book a hotel by yourself.we are sorry again.Thank youSur Hotel

Pro: Location (perfect, near bus station) Staff (extremely kind and with knowledge to help you) Great wifi Cons: Needs a deep cleaning (small cockroach in room) Shower was broken (water came from everywhere but the right place)

Great Service
This is an older hotel located in a bustling part of town. The room is spacious and the AC works well. WiFi and a weight room are provided. This is an enexppensive place to stay and I got good value. Go eat at the Zaki Restaurant a couple miles away: you’ll be glad you did.

Good place to stay
The hotel is basic and full of color but adequate considering the cost compared to others in the area. The hotel is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants, the beach, etc. The hotel has some quirks compared to a chain western hotel but the staff were fantastic and we had a great night's sleep.

Good budget option in Sur
Good budget hotel in the centre of Sur. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception. Decent sized room is simple but comfortable and well equipped (TV, refrigerator,AC, ceiling fan). Everything worked. Whole place was spotless. Good dinner and OK breakfast at cafe next door. Plenty of on street parking outside.

Clean hotel
We stayed here for one night during our trip around Oman. Service was good and staff very helpful, room was clean with basic requirements. The only negative comment I have to make was, that we stayed in room just above reception and we could here every single word coming from lobby. The lobby was very noisy entire night and we didn't get much sleep during the night.Make sure you will get room faraway from reception if you want to sleep.

Cheap and cheerful - not the most comfortable bed
right in the centre of town is its best feature. Staff were friendly and very helpful. No Lift/ elevator.

Accueil chaleureux, souriant, disponibilité et serviabilité sont au rendez vous. C'est LE plus. Chambre très correcte pour le prix. Les sanitaires sont peu fonctionnels et un tantinet vieillot. Pas de place pour poser quoi que ce soit. Mais le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le parking gratuit ? La rue Une fois son a compris le sens de circulation tout va bien. Voiture nécessaire. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et pas cher.

Eenvoudige kamers (verwacht geen bedlampje), maar schoon en heel aardig management en personeel. Voor een goede prijs midden in Sur. In omgeving makkelijk een restaurant en ontbijt te vinden.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville. Proche du souk et du marché aux poissons. Il n'est pas très loin de la fabrique de boutres et de la plage. L'ambiance est très masculine à partir du couche du soleil même si avec ma femme nous n'avons jamais eu de sentiment d'insécurité

Excellent stay. Very friendly personnel and in the middle of Sur centre. There was a problem with the WiFi but they immediately solved it by replacing some device in the corridor. Well done! The place is outdated but clean and highly recommended. Free public parking.

Chambre simplette, une salle de bains avec douche qui coule sur les WC, mais convenable pour une nuit. Idéalement situé juste à côté du souk et de la gare routière. Personnel assez sympathique quoique le petit déjeuner commandé pour 9h n'est arrivé que lorsque je l'ai réclamé à 9h30 !

Buon hotel per vacanza in coppia.
La struttura interna dell'hotel è molto bella ma necessita un aggiornamento di riorganizzazione sia strutturale che elettrica.
abbiamo iniziato a riparare tutto, ci tornerei vedrete un sacco di buon cambiamento
