"I am hooked! This hotel is top notch in almost every way. The staff is exceptional. Jennifer in reception check-in went above and beyond my expectations. Nyzier kept the pools and hot tubs in tip top shape for everyone. And room service? Let me tell you, Tatyana is amazing. The chef at waterscapes is unbelievable with asparagus! Outstanding on every front. The almost is because I don't want to overdo it lol. Seriously, this is mine and my family's new go to fun relaxing peaceful place to be. It truly is where you can relax and enjoy family and alone time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Come see Jennifer (Jenn) and Chris at the registration desk and tell them Sunny sent you."

"Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, outside and inside amenities are wonderful. The rooms, however, are very small/tight for it to sleep 6. The furniture in the sitting area is dated and the entire suite could use a DEEP cleaning. Between the cost of the room and the additional resort and parking fees, I would have expected a CLEANER more MODERN setting. It was not bad...but it was also NOT worth it. I would choose Ocean Enclave and prepare or pick up breakfast. "

"The stay was okay and the staff was professional. However, the bathroom needs updating, with rust around the tub and shower fixtures. We also found hair on a pillowcase and blanket, which was disappointing. Thankfully, we bring our own pillowcases and blankets. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a much better stay."
